FG goes after National Assembly members SERIOUSLY
The Federal government is compiling a list of senators and House of Representatives members who never executed constituency projects in the 2014 to 2015 budget after they collected funds for them.
About N100 billion was earmarked in the 2014 budget for constituency projects meant for the National Assembly members. It was gathered that most of the projects were paid for in full but they never came to light.
A source in the office of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, disclosed that the Police, EFCC and ICPC are currently compiling the list adding that after a detailed investigation is carried out, those found guilty will be prosecuted.
